NKA were retained to investigate and assess the local Authority claim on the relevant Bond at a large multi-phased housing development in Limerick.

This involved the commissioning and on site management of investigations into all aspects of the estate services. The project included the necessary design/specification of necessary repairs, tendering the works and negotiating a final settlement with the local Authority.
