Niall Keely and Associates was incorporated as a Limited Company on 7th February 2002.
The Company Head Office is located in Cork with a divisional office in Dublin.
NKA provides services to suit a clients needs whether the requirement is for a Structural Design for a single house, a Forensic Report for a large Insurer or Project Management on large scale commercial projects.
The company prides itself in providing best fit solutions to each and every project in which it is involved.

Niall Keely BA BAI MIEI – Managing Director
The Company was founded in 2002 by Niall Keely. Niall graduated with an honours degree in Civil Engineering and a degree in Mathematics from Trinity College Dublin in 1990.
Prior to forming NKA Ltd, Niall worked on major Civil Engineering & Building Projects in Ireland, the UK and Africa. In addition to his extensive Building and Civil Engineering experience,
Niall has also spent a number of years working for a leading Loss Adjusting Company and worked as regional manager in the Munster area.
Aidan Cronin: Chartered Engineer – Director
Aidan is a Chartered Engineer.
Aidan has extensive structural design experience both in the UK and Ireland where he has worked for large Civil Engineering Practises including the Parsons Brinckerhoff, the NHBC & DMA Consulting Engineers. He joined Niall Keely & Associates in 2011.
Mick O’Donovan: Chartered Engineer
Extensive experience in contract management including in the pharmaceutical, power generation, healthcare and education sectors.
Mick’s work includes, specifying for contracts, PSDP roles, site inspections and temporary works design.
Justin Donnellan: BA Maths (Hons) P. Grad Dip Fire Safety Practice
Justin has a number of years experience in Fire Engineering in both the public and the private sector. He has been responsible for procuring Fire Safety Certificates on a large number of commercial projects of varying sizes. He has also developed a specialty in Disability Access Certificates and in Project Supervisor Design Process roles.
Aine Stack BBS FCA – Financial Director
Aine is a Chartered Accountant. She is the Company Financial Controller and office manager.
